2.8 Hurdles and Roadblocks

I don’t know if it’s a temporary glitch, a delay or something got broken when implementing the new forum.. but even though I was mentioned in the above post, I never got a notification about it. I only received a notification that my previous post got a like.

Oh really? I had no idea. First time I noticed it to be honest. But then again, I post less than most of you. Although this time I got a notification. And as someone doing desktop application programming in my spare time, I know how difficult it can be to find those pesky bugs at times. And since it doesn’t seem to happen all that often (!?), I wouldn’t consider it a crucial bug.

Why not just make an experiment to see if it’s the case? Anything to lessen the workload for Dennis.

Of course, some bugs like this one, are more difficult to find. As I got the notification. But at least now we know it’s definitely not as simple as where you put the tags. And that was the whole point. 🙂

@thebergh the last notification I didn’t get, so maybe tagging 2 people in only line is an issue
