Big work opportunity ahead of me so imma have to put blender aside for a little bit to focus on studying for certain interview, a week or two and I’ll be back on this grind, it’s been fun so far and I’m sure it’ll stay that way

Finished my husky, it’s not perfect, but I’m proud of getting to model something like this regardless, it really seemed impossible but here we are now, can’t wait to keep improving
Thanks a lot Adrian! I’ll try reshaping the eyes and the bridge of the nose, and thanks for the encouragement, I’m working on the body now, can’t wait to have this one finished
I’m over the self hate phase lol, it isn’t perfect but not that long ago making a dog seemed outright impossible, just the fact that that feels different now is progress, so yay

Guess it’s a bit better with eyes, but idk, still something off

First attempt at the husky, very much doesn’t look like a dog
Guess I’ll start over coz yeah looks not good
Thanks for the quick reply!
I see, so I gotta take some liberties with this one then, since yeah, front/side view don’t match perfectly, gonna have to use my creativity hahah
@adrian2301 Got it! I’ll go for the husky first of all then, god that’s gonna take a while hahah but I’ll do my best
@duerer Thanks a lot!! I’ll post the doggy here when it’s done
@duerer done!
Thanks a lot for the thorough answer! I’ll keep it in mind if I run into this problem again

Here’s my revolverrrr, learning to model guns was my initial reason to learn modelling, so following along this one was really cool
I’m unsure wheter I should try to model a 1911 myself next or finish out the course giving the husky a shot, guess I’ll figure it out tomorrow when I get back to it
That’s great! Thanks a bunch
Thanks! I’ll keep in mind if I run into something like this again
Woops looks like I closed blender without saving and most of the progress was lost, at least that pole isn’t there anymore lol
I’d still like to know what you guys would’ve done in that case though
No previous experience at all, but this one was just following along a tutorial hahah, I still feel like I’ve improved but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be able to do it on my own, there’s an exercise a bit later on where you do have to model a husky from zero so I’ll let you know how that goeS!
