Awesome progress, Mel!
Hi @wendy10698 Your character is really taking great shape so far and for someone that doesn’t have a lot of sculpting experience I honestly think that you’re killing it. Never think that your work is not good enough. Yes, there are indeed better artists out there but do not be intimidated. Instead be inspired, learn and adapt. I can say this much in my own experience…I never give up. One day you’ll look back at this little guy you created and think to yourself…Why was I so hard on myself? Great progress, keep it up.
So, I did some scene planning and thought to myself…wouldn’t it be an awesome concept to include both Mewtwo & Mew together in a scene? I’ll be creating 2 scenes, one being a fight scene (sculpting power effects, dust, smoke, etc.) between Mewtwo & Mew and the other a friendship scene as depicted in the Gif below. Both characters are still in raw stages of sculpting. The next phase of this project is to start with Secondary details.

@beefkeef Oh Wow, thank you for the kind feedback and sub, Keith! Congratulations for appearing in CG Cookie’s Article…truly inspirational. You deserve it man! Your work is astounding! I particularly loved the part where you mentioned of being kept accountable and see your projects through to the end. I am so guilty in that department but ever since I read your story, it motivated me to push my projects through to completion. Thank you for that, Keith.
@slenaerts Thank you so much, Sebastien. I love your Picachu! Great work so far. I knew that you were gonna create something amazing. You should be so proud of yourself. Thanks again, Sebastien.
Wow, love the reference!!! Awesome selection, @spikeyxxx Good luck on the modeling and sculpting. I know it’s gonna be exceptional.
@michael57 Thank you so much, Michael.
Just finished the Primary details. Secondary details will be more focused towards his arms and hands and then some on his torso, legs and head. I’m not entirely satisfied with his proportions, most notably his tail but thank goodness this is still a WIP.

@melinmotion Thank you, Mel. Will look better once I start to add Secondary and Tertiary details.
@wendy10698 You’re most welcome, Wendy. I can definitely relate. Creating amazing content in 3D, brightens my spirit every time. Only those with a passion for art such as yours would understand your happiness. Looking forward to your work. Good luck, Wendy.
@jammingammon Thank you for the kind feedback.
Started sculpting the Primary details.
There is still a lot of work ahead but I am pleased with what I was able to accomplish in less than 2 days.

Wow, so much detail! Good luck with the challenge.
Great start!
Such an awesome start Wendy! Keep it up.
