This exercise is haunting me, been almost two months without my rig and thought I was handling the withdrawals well… guess not. lol

What I am trying to say is, great work Omar. 🙂

Apologies for such a small sample but my PC is down so I had to do a small preview grab on my Mac.

The image on the right is from an old MaxCookie tutorial if I am not mistaken and I always liked the contrast in it.

          ALL THE THINGS!!!!

But seriously, just a mold to finish progress video would be a very nice way to cap this off.

priming -> base coating -> blocking in shadows and highlights -> detailing and finishing touches

Basically just let the camera roll as you take a piece from start to finish giving us the opportunity to see your full work flow so we can draw from that knowledge, nothing major…

At the bottom add an Edge Loop and scale it out a bit to round out that flat section between the curves.

At the top add a couple of Edge Loops to “tuck” the glass under the lip of the top part of the lamp.

In the middle add an Edge Loop and scale as needed to round out the belly of the glass as needed AFTER the top has been tucked.

            Hope that helps.
