@theluthier I have traced a scan of that coat of arms in Inkscape:
I’ve imported it as SVG file into Blender where I’ve extruded the curves for the feathers. The rings on the shield and the scroll with my family name are modeled as meshes, the scroll by conversion of the path into a mesh with some final editing (all quads for training purposes 😉).
