Hi Kent,

I have the same question. :3 (And apparently almost all submissions end in “failed” on this exercise.)

I resubmitted mine too. I wanted to delete the old one, but the server had a hiccup and deletion ended in the error message “We’re sorry, but something went wrong. – If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.” Oh well, it was still deleted it seems.

Oh, alright, thanks for the explanation. Was just curious if there was a further advantage to start without dyntopo for the basic shape. But I agree that limiting yourself to either of them is a bit silly as they kinda both have their own use.

This course was really great btw! I think this was the most significant new thing I tried out in modeling. 🙂
