Moving on to subdivision surface modeling! I took on the challenge of modeling one of my mugs. I think I got most of the way there; the handle especially gave me a lot of trouble.
Still working through the Modeling course! Learning how to stack various bevel methods seems pretty important to modeling “tech” objects like hard drives or smartphones
I watched it once and then tried to recreate it from memory. It went okay except I ended up with these ridges at the creased corners. Feel free to chime in if you know where things went awry.
Thanks for saying hey! I don’t think I’ve been using Right Click Select. I moved the 3D cursor to the side because it was in the center of the viewport image. Are you talking about something else?
