Personally I re-watch most of the videos here, in the mesh modeling fundamentals course when I reached the exercise I had no idea how to complete it, after re-watching all the videos (some of them more than twice) I could think of several ways to complete the exercise, think of this as part of the learning process.
Having said that, although not lacking in quality, this chapter is less detailed and explanatory compared with the previous chapter of the introduction flow.
