Window not transparent

I have to hide Cube.004 object for sun light to show in room.  I can rotate sun 180 and it will show through doorway on opposite side.  I replaced glass material with my own and still won’t shine through.  I replaced Cube.004 with a plane and put completely transparent material and it still is the same, I can see the world color through it, but that’s it.

Hey, are you by chance using the bedroom file intended for Eevee instead of the one for Cycles? They have different setups since both handle transparency and visibility differently.
