When I try to shift ctrl alt s, it distorts rather than scales skinnier

The lid also distorts when I open it, is there a way I can fix that?

Hi @frostheart10 , for the scaling issue, try using Ctrl-Alt-S instead. Shift-Ctrl-Alt-S gives me that shearing too.
