      When I try to select my seem on the monkey the Shift G select by seem works but when I try to select mirror I get a message “0 edges mirrored, 30 failed. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

        That error means your mesh isn’t 100% symmetrical. The tool only works with perfect symmetry.

          I am getting the exact same issue… foloowing the tutorial and using the monkey… can you suggest why the model isn’t symmetrical? or perhaps what that means because that answer doesn’t help me to achieve the result at all as it stands.
