        Hi Francis,

        I’m sorry you seem to be having so many hurdles.

        Are you still using Blender 3.5?
        It might be that because the file is newer (Blender 4.2) it can’t handle the new bone collections.

        I would try the opening the files in 4.2
        Let me know if you still have issues.

        If there is some reason that you need to use 3.5 then try appending any meshes, collections or armatures into a new file, or even just starting it from scratch.
        That will be easy enough for all the exercises.

        And the final project is just a mesh, but it has a lot of weight in material preview mode.
        So if your computer has low specs, you might have to stick to solid view.

        Let me know how you go.

                  Hi Francis,

                  Maybe your laptop can indeed not handle Blender 4.2. Might use a different compiler version, or so.

                  Then you’d have to follow Wayne’s advice:
