I just finished the tutorial Modelling with Modifiers and submitted my tire. There were some nuggets that made it worth going over the modifiers.

Thanks guys. Taking another gander at it I saw the spokes shrinkwrap to the hub became distorted to I fix it and cleaned up the geometry in the ones without holes. I rotated it to take pics and that caused some issues I had to fix as well,
