What is the bookmark tab?

I see that the site has a bookmark tab. How do I set bookmarks? 

Also, is there a forum or place to ask questions about the site?

1. Here is a bookmark:

You can use it to bookmark some vids in tutorials or forum posts. And those you bookmarked are stored in your bookmark section (go to your profile, it is the second one from right to left).

2. Yes, there is a forum (and it belongs to the site too). And that’s where you are reading my answer right now.
