Unable to download rig. Unfortunately, link doesn’t work for me.

It just worked for me..Can you try again and confirm that it’s definitely not working on your end?

Well.. yeah. It’s not working. At the downloads tab, it basically asks me to log in, although I’ve already logged in to  my account. So when I press “Login or Join Now”, it sends me to the https://cgcookie.com/register page, which tells me that I’m already in. That’s what happens every time I try to download it. It’s supposed to be available for free, right? If not, then I’m sorry for wasting your time!

Hmm something is definitely wrong with your account it sounds like; perhaps a permissions thing. I see the playhead of your video but no video plays. I’m going to pass this thread on to our account people.
