Hi Masta and Wendy.

Yes, the bootcamp was made with 2.7x

The UI has changed, but the principles and process of animation has not.  There will be an updated version of this course in the future but I would suggest taking the https://cgcookie.com/course/fundamentals-of-animation-in-blender-2-8x course before hand. This will cover 99% of the changes in UI. And then you can just focus on practising and improving your animation skills.

But if you still are unsure about anything, don’t hesitate to ask a question on any video.  That way we can help you out!
