My grab tool is working strangely after adding the shape key: it shows the modifications I do with it only for a while and then reverts the object to it’s original shape, only to show again the older modifications when I use it again. It’s quite impossible to work this way and I was wondering whether I may have done some common mistake with the shape key.

That said I have a technical doubt: is it generally better to have the sculpt bigger or smaller, even if by a small margin, than the prototype? Or is it simply best to have it as close as possible?

I make a lot of courses and can’t remember the details in each one 😅 Can you point me to the place in the video where I use a shapekey when sculpting these rocks?

Generally you want the hi-res sculpt and the lo-res game model to be very close in proportion. Using face snapping during retopoloy ensures the lo-res game model is as close as it can be to the hi-res sculpt.
