Tagging Someone’s name in a comment

I was wondering if there was a way to tag someone’s username to a comment so they could see it. Recently I just had feedback on one of the exercises I submitted, but I was confused on a note and wanted some clarification. I’m assuming that posting a comment without tagging the person’s name won’t let them see it so I was hoping there’s a way to tag them.

To tag someone use:   @someone’susername @drakeha
