      i cant seem to get it straight, when i grab it always comes out of the form at an angle

        Use a Mouse.

        Try doing this from Side Orthographic View (but don’t tell anyone!).

        Practice, practice, practice.

          Yeah that’s basically doing more and more practice that gets you the hang of things. At first you’ll get skewed angles and other problems, but keep doing it and somehow in your brain something clicks and you don’t even notice you’re struggling with things you used to struggle with anymore. Practice x3

          You could use a mask to limit the area you’re pulling and Lock it to the specific axis under the mirror drop down menu. If it still comes out at a weird angle, use the elastic deform tool to move it into place, it will preserve the shape more then the grab tool.
