You should find the female torso in the sculptingFabric_sourceFiles.zip
There is a Blender file called exercise_sculptingFabric, when you open this file you will see multiple collections. Disable the ones you don’t want to view leaving the female torso.

Yeah the full body is not included, only the torso for the exercise you can submit when you are done.
