Simple Problem, Rotating Multiple Objects

Hello, I am having an issue with rotating multiple objects. If you could please look at this 10 second video which illustrates the issue. When I rotate the objects, they all become off center from where they were instead of staying together as one solid unit.

You have your transform pivot point(Period key) set to individual origin. this rotates each object at their own origin. You want median point which is the default.
