        Yeah there’s lots of ways to do those ring, this is just one method. As you progress and discover different ways you’ll make your judgement calls per projects. So don’t worry, there’s no wrong answer.

          Beziers come in really handy for specific situations. @spikeyxxx suggested a polygon-only method that was quite efficient for this situation too. Maybe he can elaborate about that here 👀

          Omar’s right though. Always more than one way to accomplish tasks in Blender! Collecting techniques into one’s toolbelt is the first step. Experience and preference will inform each artist which they decide to use for a given situation.

            I (Spikey) was also using a Curve, but tilted 90° and then Extruded.
