      This tutorial is done in Blender 2.7X, and I cannot seem to find Sewing Springs in version 2.80. Can you tell me where they are in the new version of Blender?

        It moved! You can now find the option here:

        If you need to assign a shrinking group, that’s moved to the Property Weights section.
