sculpt tool not working

sculpt tools are not working properly in my case, everytime i click un grease cut it says “draw grease line first”, the second time i click it do something like a cut following the line but not subtracting anything, do you know a way to work around this?

Is your Grease Cut set to “Scene” in the Tool panel? It needs to be set to “Object” to function properly.

For me the same thing is happening, it draws the line on the mesh but doesnt actually cut it .

Hmm, I can’t say I’ve experienced that behavior…often I’ll have to redraw the shape I want before it works as desired.
