Request grading of “old” exercise submissions

  @jlampel  and @theluthier , an exercise that I submitted over a month ago still has the status of “needs grading.”  Can you please open the cookie oven and see if this exercise is warranted as being done?

Below is a list of other submissions that are older than mine that also “needs grading.”  I went back 50 exercise pages to search for these.  If I had completed the course for any of these submissions, I would have graded them myself.  Can someone please take a look at grading these and get them out of the oven.

I thought that when an exercise was submitted that there was some algorithm that pass/fails it after a week?

If you have not already thought of it, as you re-build the site under Mavenseed, perhaps it would be good to have it generate a report to list the outstanding exercises that still need grading.

Ok, I passed that one for you! Looks like I had voted before but it didn’t get enough.

Yes, but only for new ‘exercise version 2’ submissions, which are the ones with the smiley faces rather than the thumbs up/down. IIRC Mavenseed will have an entirely different exercise grading system and hopefully that comes with notifications for us but I’m not entirely sure as I’m not part of the web dev side of things.

Thank you for tracking these down! There is a way to sort by exercises that still need love, but admittedly I always forget to double check those as I go through the pages to grade the ones submitted to my courses since I want to comment on them even if they’ve already passed. 

I’ll take more time tomorrow and go through the remaining submissions to get ’em all caught up.
