So, if I understand correctly, you turned off all of the  AVG stuff, tried different Browsers and only CGCookie things don’t download…at least not since a few days or so (you used to be able to download from CGC in the past…).

You did check your Firewall settings as well, like @duerer suggested, didn’t you?

This is just a recap, I don’t have a solution yet, unfortunately.

Yes to everything, though i didnt check diferent browsers while my internet security (including firewall) was turned of. Also. windows firewall wasnt active either.
