where is the shading/uv option?
Hi Inumake,
If you are using a pre-2.80 Version of Blender, like in the Tutorial, you need to be in Edit Mode to see that Tab.
Otherwise the answer is more complicated (because the different shading options are in different places).
Switch the editor type to your desired one, be it shading or UV editor.
