Question re: autokeying camera movement with time stretching

There are few things I did:

Time stretching with New 200 an the Old 100

Used walk navigation for camera movement

autokey animation

Question: why does the camera keep skipping to original position even when moved, while autokeying?

Do you already have a keyframe later in the timeline to where you are trying to autokey the camera movement?

No, I delete them on the Timeline every time I test it. 

However, when Old is greater than New, there is no skipping. It is only when New > Old.
