<p>my thang is not set up like yours is. do I have to upload the package. could it be because I’m using 5.3.5 </p>

I don’t know what you mean. What package do you need to upload? The scene shown in the video is available in the course files tab under “project source files”.

I know I opened it and it was not set up like your’s was in the video

Some of the scenes are built so that you follow along with the video and add things to them. This particular lesson just has the wall and floor shown in the scene when you open it. You’ll need to add in the arm/gun model and follow along with the video.
