Ok another problem, bool tool removes whole wall.

I used the bool tool and whole wall disapears. I tried merging vertices in wall down to .00001 and it messes up the whole wall. I assume its a vertices problem but how can I correct it without messing up wall.

Hi Chris, try adding screenshots to your questions. And describe what you are doing, not only how you try to solve it (And a timestamp can be really helpful!)

With Bool Tool, do you mean a Boolean Modifier? If so, try changing the Solver method from Exact to Fast.
