Interesting. I don’t see it at all on the exercise page. On the whole, I’d say it looks good. You have quite a bit of dense, overlapping geometry on the tire, something you would want to fix if this were part of a larger project. But for an Intro to Modeling course, it’s sufficient to move on I think. The big thing here is understanding the radial array.
You might try to contact support or resubmit? But if you just want to move on, I think there is a button somewhere on your profile where you can “mark as complete” any of the courses. It would be cheating yourself if you hadn’t done the work, but you have.
