NFT’s and stock image/video sites

Excuse my lack of knowledge, but just curious, if you sell a 3d render or animation as a NFT does that mean you can still sell it on stock image or video sites, or is it now owned by someone else and they can sell it on stock sites, etc?

From what I read and have been told, the art work can be resold and you can set it up to get a percentage of the resale or at the least track who owns it. The ownership does transfer to the buyer, but you can set up multiple copies of your art (signed and numbered) to sell to multiple buyers.
