My image wont go in the background, I have tried 2 diffrent ways now anyone know what to do

Not sure what you mean by “won’t go in the background.” What is the file type? Easiest way to add images to a screen is to load the “Import-Export: Images as planes.” File > User Preferences > Add-ons > “Import-Export: Images as planes.”
