Mirror modifier isnt working properly

The mirror modifier isnt working properly
the mirror side is bit at right side which i dont like it and it will be clear that the left side speaker is more near to the screen 

if anyone knows how to fix it kindly reply

Replying like this is just fine, it’s the only way to do so I think. But you can move your image a bit so it’s at the center. I believe the origin point should be at the center of the image reference object, so you just have to zero out the X location. You can probably do it in the N panel.

Yes, switch to Object Mode, then Select the Reference Image and type in 0 in the X-Location in the N-Panel:
