Material Preview

Hi Jonathan am currently using blender 4.3 when is switch my object to material preview it’s automatically appearing in red color could you help me to slove this problem

Hi Jonathan,

Could you provide a bit more information please. Maybe attach one or more screenshots.

It’s not something that happens automatically in Blender 4.3, so you have probably changed something, or somehow gotten hold of a ‘broken’ Blender (although that’s not very likely).

The issue was when I switch from the solid view to the material preview mode the cube looks red in color even if when I change the cube color it’s doesn’t respond 

I did some google search and found some people with similar problems

but what I did is I removed the 4.3 version and went back to 4.1 and the issues was not happening anymore

That is a strange new one. Bugs and glitches all over the place it seems.

Oh, that’s really weird!

I see that someone also had that problem in 4.2.

My first guess would be, that it’s a GPU driver issue. Make sure that’s updated!

It”s rather difficult for me to troubleshoot from a distance, I cannot re-produce it. Maybe try re-downloading Blender?

Can you upload file(Google drive, Dropbox, etc) so we can see if it’s the file or if it’s something with your specific system?

I tried to instal 4.3.2 and the problem was still there , then I tried 4.1 and there was no issue anymore. Maybe it’s a system software itself am not sure.
