Have you guys tried doing your first unit on a mac with mac keyboard and discovered the extra level of difficulty for users on a mac? I am surprised there is not a cheat sheet to translate all the cntr and alt talk into the 3 possible keys I am testing every time. Or a subtitle line? Is it really that rare to learn Blender on a Mac?

        Hi Grace,

Not sure what the problem is, to be honest, but then again, I have never even been near a Mac.

As far as I know, Control (CTRL) is Command (Cmd) and ALT is Option on a Mac.

There are at least a few Mac users here, so they’ll be able to tell you more.

Hello Grace. Can you elaborate on what are you finding difficult? I use both Mac and PC interchangeably, at work and at home, and really the only difference is the windows key and command, or option and alt, but it’s just names, they all do the same function and the keys are even in the same place. So there’s no hassle at all really.
