        Nope, but once you save your image from Photoshop, or even the Photoshop file itself, you can reload the image in Blender with Alt+R.

          +1 for Jonathon’s answer. I save my documents to the cloud and can work on my iPad in Affinity Designer and then save the file and within a few seconds I am able to reload the image in blender. It is a pretty sweet setup.
