Is exporting animations on a single timeline better than separating by actions?

I see you exported all animations as a single action in a timeline, I use to Export them from blender separated by Actions (On action editor), would you consider mine as a good method?  if no, why? Thanks

I think it’s just personal preference. I’ve used both methods and they’re just different not better. Either way you’ll have to cut up the animations, so whatever makes it easier for you use that.
