      I am correct about this?

      At @8:32 for the extrusion.

He scaled it in the NORMAL axis. This normally wouldnt be an issue, however, it contains that curved bit that has been slighty adjusted, so they all together point in a ever so slightly skewed direction from the y axis correct?

I got proof here: ( The shade on the left was my first clue after my hunch. )

The wireframe i believed proved it.

But my question is if the final model of the course also has this?

      Just generally curious 😀

And am i correct about this slight deviation being due to the readjusting of the curved portion?

Assuming they would point perfect Y normals if left unadjusted.

        Hi Jason,

        Great question!

Extrude, without specifying an Axis, Extrudes along the average Normal:

but, if things are not completely symmetrical, the average Normal can get out of wack:

I can sense you’re going places Jason, that was a great question. You caught that insight, not an easy thing to parse out.
