      I’m trying to smooth out the right horn, but there’s this skinny little bit sticking out that I can’t seem to smooth off or get rid of.

      Any way to fix this, or do I have to go into edit mode and manually delete the vertices?

        I would increase your detail size, change to “subdivide collapse” mode, and dyntopo should regenerate that spike, making it easy to smooth out.
