      I’m in camera-perspective view, but when I zoom in (ctrl-middle-click, drag up) the Melvin picture doesn’t zoom with it. How can I zoom in with both?

        Nvm, figured it out. In the 3D viewport’s Properties panel > View I had “Lock Camera to View” checked. Unchecking it allowed the mesh and background zoom together.
