        How do you mean ‘stretched’?

Make them straight. If my model is going to be animated, I shouldn’t bend and flex ALL the long things on my model such as tails or tentacles and place the things horizontally.  I just wonder if tentacles were bended, then I must remodel them to be straight so the animating will be done properly ?

There are tentacles are going to be flexible and moving like worms. They are straigt, so it is the right position for them now before the animating ?

Oh ok, I think I see what you mean. Yes, for rigging it’s best to straighten out tentacles or tails in the model. It’s a pain to rig a bunch of curly tentacles going in various directions. They’ll be curled properly at the animation stage.
