I need help turning on thing in blender 3.0

I am finding out i have a lot off things turned off in blender what is need for these class.

Default setup. The videos will tell you if you need to turn anything else on. You can click file->defaults->load factory settings. If you want blender to startup with the default then click file->defaults->save startup. If you have auto-save preferences turned off then you will need to F4->Preferences or Edit->Preferences and click save preferences to set it to default too.
