      I dont have those extra options. Ive already installed Addcurves and wiggle bones. what now?

        make sure you’re running on the correct version of blender. as in, the new ones. you need to enable extra curves in the addons section. go to edit > preferences > addons and search “extra”. there it will show extra objects and curves. select both.
