      Hallo

I have do go through those videos several times to get things done and sometimes it works next time it wont.

At 11:40 your input/output line is different

      yours

      mine

I started several times but no result… always like this.  Why is this happening? I use 3.1.2,,, maybe different in this version 🐌❓

        Hi Martin,

that is indeed a Version difference. (Started in 3.0)

The output numbers used to be on top (with the Frame in blue), but the output line went down, which didn’t make much sense, that is why they now have the output line going up, to where the output numbers are.

Sure, I always watch Blender Today with Pablo Vazquez on Monday at 17.00 Amsterdam time, for the latest changes.

And here’s a handy link, that I use a lot: https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Reference/Release_Notes  that is a bit compacter and easier to look things up than the ‘official’ Release Notes site.

I also have (at the moment) 10 different Blender Versions, so I can easily compare them for changes (also ones that aren’t explicitly mentioned in the Release Notes). Very helpfull if someone asks a question about a tutorial made with a different Version than she/he/they uses.

              Thank you Spikey.

You know what.  I didn’t even noticed this had changed – and I stare at it all day. Haha
But now it makes more sense.   The bottom (horizontal) is the input, the vertical (left hand side) is the output.
Now the lines match up more logically.
