I could not get it to mask Like in the video

I was watching Jonathan paint and he does an amazing job… I tried to do it on the model like he did but I could not get the mask to work like he said

Hi Karen, thank you! Is it the selection masking that isn’t working? It could be because 2.8 switched to left click select. In recent versions you’ll want to shift click to select faces or use the select tool once selection masking is turned on.

ok Thanks Jonathan I got lost up in there with the differences And I couldn’t get my brushes paint like yours, so I think I need to take the 2D painting Course
