          Hello Amy, we have a contact link at the bottom of the page that goes to support at CGCookie.com, we also have a live chat system on the site at all times down in the bottom right. What specific issues are you having with video playback? Videos should play just fine on your Chromebook. If you can provide more details we can give you possible solutions.
