      Where is the placement option?

        You might wanna do the https://cgcookie.com/courses/blender-3-basics-intro-to-blender

        first (or again).

        But if you can’t see the Placement, maybe you have the Tool Settings disabled…and you can also find it in the Properties Panel:

          Hello Inumaki. Perhaps what you are referring to is what Martin pointed out, if not try giving us a bit of context so we can help out more efficiently. It can be a screenshot of a time stamp on the video. Otherwise we wont know exactly what you mean.
