      I get always an error when i try to download the file.

        What is the error you are getting Frederic?

        Are you on the citizen plan?  This should allow you to download the videos and files.

        If you are a citizen member and you’re having problems I’ll pass it on to the tech team and they will sort it out for you.

          I had a problem the first time I clicked the link but trying again worked.  Maybe it’s a fluke?

            This error happens when you clear you browser cache while having your CG Cookie window still open. You will need to refresh and log back in to avoid this xml error.
