After a long interruption again, I am upgrading to Citizen for a year in 1st week of July but all the “learning tracks” that CG Cookie was organized into in the past seem to be gone.

I am particularly interesting in the newest “Comprehensive Leaning Blender Bootcamp” (this was some everything but the kitchen sink learning track), “Mesh Modeling Bootcamp” and “Animation Bootcamp” learning tracks but can’t seem to find them now over a year later.

Are those still around? How do I find them?

To expand on information about my question I know where to look at individual “courses” that comprised those earlier “Learning Tracks”, e.g. Courses – Learn Blender | Online 3D tutorials with CG Cookie, but I can’t find the “Learning Tracks” those courses were a subset of!

I’d like to find those “Learning Tracks” and then be able to bookmark the entire Learning Track so that I can methodically work through the entire learning track.

They did get rid of the learning tracks (as far as I know), but they replaced them with playlists. They have a few defaults, like blender fundamentals, which may be what you referred to above, but you can also create your own playlists so any course you find interesting can just be added to the appropriate playlist.

I haven’t used the system but I’m pretty sure that’s how it’s supposed to work.

          Hey there, and welcome back!

Apologies for the confusion, we did rename the Learning Flows to Playlists, found here: https://cgcookie.com/playlists

The new Playlist feature does allow us to interject blog posts, and. other types of education into the flow. As John mentioned, you may also create your very own playlists by saving content: keep it private or share it with others.

Here is a great starting point:

          First week with Blender:

          Fundamentals Playlist

          Animation Playlist

Here is an article covering some of the changes to CG Cookie since the move over to the http://mavenseed.com platform. https://blog.cgcookie.com/cg-cookie-is-moving-our-new-home-on-mavenseed/

More stuff is in the oven!

          Happy Blending!

So do the old “Learning Flows” still exist as “Playlists”?

Yes, the Learning Flows still exist, same as always, just that they were renamed or rebranded. Like Puff Daddy does every now and then.
